All training is programmed and instructed by Dustin at our private Healthstead studio from a perspective of health and human performance to a broad range of clientele:

  • returning to exercise after an injury or lapse

  • a working parent/couple needing a direct approach to general fitness

  • an athlete or workout enthusiast looking for a finer edge or a new modality

all programming/instruction is tailored to the individual’s needs.

Sessions are scheduled for 75 minutes. This allows for up to a 1 hour workout, plus extra time for you to use the facility and trainer resources as you see fit, such as:

  • nutrition guidance

  • goal setting and reviewing progress

  • strategizing/planning for your interactions with medical providers in a way that supports your health (not their business model)

  • discussing nuances of movement, body mechanics, or equipment use to keep you confident while you put your training to work in your life outside the gym

3 format options to best suit your needs, see below.

Private

  • Individual

  • $75/session

  • 24hr rescheduling within trainer availability

Semi-Private

  • 2-3 people: $120 total per session

  • 24hr rescheduling within trainer availability

Small Group

  • 4-6 people + trainer participation

  • 8 sessions per month

  • $200/person/month ($25/session)

  • No cancellation or rescheduling (month-to-month commitment for all 8 sessions).

PELASE NOTE:

Sessions are typically scheduled ahead for 1 month at a time.

If you contact Dustin or Holly at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session, we will work with you (within Dustin’s availability) to reschedule your session at no cost.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or “no show” for a session, we cannot commit to rescheduling and you will be charged for that session.

Small group sessions can be started at any time - your monthly payment will be prorated accordingly.
