Let me know if you are interested in other sizes!

Poultry bone broth:

Canned broth for your pantry. Ready for you to use at your convenience, without taking up space in your fridge or freezer. Simmered for 24-48 hours using local, pasture raised chicken or turkey bones and organic veggies. This is the perfect base for quick soups and stews, or simply warm on the stove with a good pinch of salt and black pepper for a nourishing hot beverage.

Quart: $10

Chicken Eggs:

Our 30 laying hens enjoy plenty of outdoor space to forage and explore, and a clean, cozy coop for nesting and resting. We use a non-GMO, soy free, corn free feed from a grain mill here in Ohio. Our flock is comprised of many different breeds, so expect a beautiful variety of sizes and colors.

Dozen: $7

We currently do not have excess eggs to sell. Our girls have been resting through this season of decreased sunlight. Check back in early spring for eggs.

Sauerkraut:

Naturally fermented, just cabbage, salt, and caraway seed. A cornerstone for gut healing and maintaining a healthy gut. Plus, it’s delicious on just about anything: meat, eggs, potatoes, soups, etc. Cabbage is always organically grown, and locally sourced whenever possible. This kraut is hand chopped, so it’s more course than others you might have tried. We find most people (including ourselves) prefer the crunchier, more substantive texture over “mushy” versions you might have tried from the store. A common response when someone new tries this kraut is “I don’t like sauerkraut, but this stuff is awesome!”.
